Subledger Accountant i Stockholm

Excellent opportunity to join a dynamic company located in the heart of Stockholm. This Subledger Accountant role will provide a tremendous variety of responsibilities and will blend AR, AP and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer billing in a timely manner

• Reviews the Aged Receivables report and drives Collections

• Is responsible for past due invoice Collection efforts and maintains adequate notes to communicate to management the status of collections

• Responds to client inquiries regarding price discrepancies, billing inquiries, invoices, statements and other requested information

• Maintaining supplier invoices in work-flow system

• Accounting

• Performs month end account reconciliations and provides adequate support

• Other Ad hoc related duties

• Continual process improvement

• University degree in Finance or at least five years of experience as an accountant.

• Knowledge in Agresso is a plus.

• Technically skilled in Microsoft Office particularly Excel

• Fluent in English and Swedish

• Experience in working with Shared Service Center

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve, and make reasonable decisions based on company policies and practices

• Must be adaptable and flexible to perpetual change in demands and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
