The Afound Store Manager we are looking for is engaging, fashion interested and profit seeking. 

In the role as Store Manager, you are strong in commercial presentation, ensuring the best customer offer, and are a great role model and leader for the store staff team. You also have the business skills needed to reach challenging goals. At Afound, the customer is key and your responsibility is making the experience inspirational.

Are you a talented store manager?

• You have a solid background within retail management and have leadership experience
• You have a strong drive for profitability and development of people
• You have the ability to overview, prioritize and organize.
• You identify improvements, take action and implement new plans and ideas
• You set an example to your team in an inspiring and motivating way with a straightforward communication skill
• You have previous experience with recruiting and introducing new team members
• Have a great interest in fashion and commercial presentation
