Job description
As Finance Manager you have an overall responsibility for finance in the UC Swedish unit. The role is part of our new Nordic organization and you report directly to the Group´s Head of Accounting in Finland. You will manage a team of six persons in Stockholm, which means distributing the daily work within the unit and leading and developing the accounting team. Your tasks include responsibility for auditing, annual reports, annual accounts, taxes, consolidated accounts for Swedish operations, banking and liquidity planning. We are in a integration phase which means that you will lead many projects to develop and streamline internal processes. A major focus will be on developing financial systems and automating processes.
Who are you?
You have a BS degree in Accounting or Finance with an emphasis in Accounting and a minimum of ten years´ experience in qualified accounting. You have previous experience of leading other people and a desire to coach and mentor others to achieve their best performance. You also have previous experience from working with IFRS and your accounting skills are at a high level and you have knowledge of consolidated accounts. If you have experience from auditing it is an advantage. You have advanced computer skills and have good knowledge of Excel. If you have previously worked with IT improvement projects and have an interest in automating processes, it is meritorious. Furthermore, you are fluent in both Swedish and English.
To be successful in the role as finance manager, you are a positive and confident person and you have very good communication skills. Furthermore, you are driven and appreciate working in a changing environment with different types of tasks and at a high pace. You can delegate responsibilities and motivate your team to develop.
