H&M Photo Studio is a division within to the global Marketing department. We are currently a team of 70 people in different roles. Our main responsibility is to produce photographic material for hm.com.
We are now expanding our Studio Operations team, that run our brand new Photo Studio, in Frihamnen, Stockholm. We are building a team with broad experience in all fields within studio operations. The daily responsibilities stretch from managing technology to serve catering. We are looking for a variety of personalities and skillsets (Photo Assistants, Studio Assistants, Digitechs etc) to complete this dynamic team. We are looking for you who are in the beginning of your career.
Main responsibilities of the team:

Assist photo team with troubleshooting and/or ensure proper use of photographic equipment, accessories, studio equipment and software

Support clients and teams and make sure they have all they need to start the photo shoot

Keep the studios, storage rooms and kitchen/café tidy and in order
-
Make sure photographic equipment is maintained and in order
-
Open and/or shut down photography facilities as scheduled
-
Painting of cyk and carpentry (creating props) upon request and when needed
-
Perform routine equipment maintenance and/or software
-
Make purchases and orders of props
-
Rigging for photography
-
Run errands
-
Service and support to all the teams in our studios

Serve catered breakfast and lunch
Skills and experience:
-
Previous experience of studio work, rigging and equipment
-
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues when shooting, both hardware and software
-
Attention to details
-
Handy and capable of heavy lifting
-
Experience in Word, Excel and Outlook is a must
-
Knowledge in Capture One and Adobe CS is highly valuable
