Job Summary
Working with Technical Product Management you are expected to ensure efficient management of the SGSN-MME products through the life cycle. You will be a bridge between Strategic Product Management and Product Development, combining business aspects with technical aspects of the product.
As one of our Operational Product Owners in PDG MME you will be, the one and only person responsible for managing the Feature Product Backlog. You will ensure the value of the work the team performs. During 2017 our SGSN-MME product will face new challenges based on new market trends. In order to meet this challenging future we need one more OPO in our PO-community at LN. At LN we will focus on 5G, IoT, vMME and of course our native best-seller products MME and SGSN!
Responsibilities & Tasks
As an OPO you are responsible to take priority decisions based on business value and ensuring best value for invested money in both short and long perspective. In this perspective you also collaborate with your stakeholders.
As an OPO you write and share the Product Vision for your operative areas/features and by this contributing to that the product is evolving in the right direction. It is your responsibility to ensure that the team understands how their current feature work relates to the overall product as well as it´s business value!
In your role you actively participate in XFT meetings as sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives. During sprint planning you answer questions from a business point of view. Throughout the sprint you clarify the feature needs and answer questions from the team from a customer’s point of view without delays.
Core Competences:
You are a curious person with a holistic view that likes to work with challenging tasks where decisions often need to be taken based on partial information. You are a person that don´t hesitate to take decisions. You have both solid technical and business understanding together with the ability to transform business information to a technical scope for the XFT team as well as transform technical implementation information into business perspective.
You have a highly developed ability to communicate both with customers and the development teams. The communication also involves obtaining the view from specialists on different technical matters.
