We are seeking a pedagogical and innovative Competence Developer with a creative mindset and a passion for sharing knowledge to join our People & Culture team. As a Competence Developer at Kjell & Company, you’ll be responsible for creating new learning content and modules for our salespeople; our heroes and ambassadors for Kjell at our service points.

Knowledge is the cornerstone of our customer interactions, and you will be the one to shape it and share it with our salespeople. You will work in a team with experienced and knowledgeable colleagues in a positive and collaborative work environment. The position involves many different operational tasks, and you must enjoy a varied day.

As an ideal candidate you’ll have a strong pedagogical mindset, be motivated by sharing knowledge through innovative and creative ways and recognize what learning solutions to apply. Being tech-savvy is a significant advantage, along with a strong desire to learn more about home electronics and tech-solutions. Any experience with Adobe tools such as After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro, is a significant plus!

Assignments:

• Design and deliver engaging training programs and courses in our LMS Learnster 
• Providing product knowledge and sales support to our salespeople to reach KPI targets
• Creating learning material through video production
• Maintaining dialogue with brands, operators, service points and other departments to map competence needs
• Plan and develop future learning structure for the organization
• Develop and strengthen our onboarding
• Develop and facilitate learning activities and catalogue for positions within our retail department

Competence & knowledge requirements:

• Experience in developing creative and innovative learning solutions
• Experience in creating and designing engaging educational content
• Ability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational content
• Experience in managing and utilizing digital content and platforms

• Good communication skills, Swedish/Norwegian and English
