The position covers a strategic and professional responsibility for managing and developing the property portfolio of Rusta.

The role

The role is crucial and contributes to the work of driving Rusta towards the company's strategic goals. We offer a unique opportunity to enter a dynamic phase where you get to be part of a successful journey.

Your role as a Lease Manager will involve but not be limited to Estate management within our existing portfolio, including contract management, landlords relations, negotiations and handover processes. Managing our property database, support in creating and presenting business cases to the Expansion Committee and establishing and maintaining relations with internal stakeholders such as Line managers, Project managers, Build-up teams and Finance. You will also have an important role as keeping the group updated on trends, development and predictions in relevant areas and more.

About you

You are a curious problem solver and a self-starter who actively removes obstacles and creates conditions for the team to succeed. Rusta is a fast-paced company, and we are looking for you who are motivated by creating structure and solving problems in a changing environment. To succeed in the role of project manager, we are looking for you who enjoy building structures, driving processes forward and finding solutions, even in situations where not all the answers are given.

Relationship building is central to the role – you effectively navigate between people and technology and ensure that the right people collaborate. With good planning skills and a "doer" attitude, you find new ways forward when challenges arise.

To succeed in the role, we are looking for you who have:

• Relevant higher education, preferably within property, finance, construction or law
• Minimum of 3 years working experience, preferably from a similar role
• Good commercial understanding of retail properties and ability to see opportunities
• Knowledge of commercial leasing terms and principles, practice and relevant legislations
• Strong business & financial understanding with proven record within negotiations
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English

You possess strong negotiations skills, are analytical and structured, solutions oriented and work effectively.
