The Rusta Global Build-Up team is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Store service team.

Position: "Store Service staff" 100%

In your role as store service staff and a member of the Store Service team, you work with store construction, installation of furnishings, checkout counters, entrance gates, installation of IT equipment and simple carpentry & painting work as well as other work tasks in a store. The team also perform “Store Service” with various service-related tasks within our stores to maintain a safe and high standard of operation.

Rusta operates in four markets, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Germany. Therefore, communication skills, both verbally and written, in English and Swedish/Norwegian or Finnish are essential for success.

Depending on the tasks/projects, you will work in a team or independently, you are required to have a driver's license for a passenger car.

Traveling is required, you are generally working away from home for 4-day periods (Monday – Thursday). But depending on the project's location, you can also have 10-day periods (Monday – Wednesday).

Your responsibility in the Store Service team

• to work efficiently and with great solution focus together with colleagues at Rusta, to ensure project goals are met, to keep schedules and budgets for assigned tasks.

• to always think of customer & sales focus when remodeling the stores, to ensure a good customer meeting and accessibility to shopping despite the construction.

• to stay organized, keeping tools & equipment in order.

Your profile

Above all, you are a person who enjoys a fast-paced environment and are motivated to develop within the role at Rusta. You can create order and maintain a structured way of working. You easily take on new tasks, are solution-oriented and convey information/knowledge to new colleagues. You live in Sweden, Norway or Finland, preferably within a 2-hour public transport from an airport with good connections.
