The Rusta Global Build-Up team is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Store service team.

Position: "Senior Store Service staff" 100%

In your role as member of the Store Service team, you work with store construction, installation of shop fittings, checkout counters, entrance gates, installation of IT equipment and simple carpentry & painting work as well as other work tasks in a store. The team also perform “Store Service” with various service-related tasks within our stores to maintain a safe and high standard of operation.

Rusta operates in four markets, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Germany. Therefore, communication skills, both verbally and written, in English and Swedish are essential for success.

Depending on the tasks/projects, you will work in a team or independently, you are required to have a driver's license for a passenger car.

Traveling is required, you are generally working away from home for 4-day periods (Monday – Thursday). But depending on the project´s location, you can also have 10-day periods (Monday – Wednesday)

Your responsibility as a member in the Store Service team

• to work efficiently and with great solution focus together with colleagues at Rusta, to ensure project goals are met, to keep schedules and budgets for assigned tasks.

• to always think of customer & sales focus when remodeling the stores, to ensure a good customer meeting and accessibility to shopping despite the construction.

• to stay organized, keeping tools & equipment in order.

Your role as "Senior Store Service Personnel"

In the role of Senior Store Service staff, you work as a "team leader" with the same tasks as other staff in the Store Service team, you have an extended responsibility in planning, introduction/educate of members in the Store Service team, as well as ensuring that our routines and values are followed in our daily work.

Your responsibility

• together with Sr. Project manager ensure planning for projects, regarding deliveries, tools, furnishings

• that everyone follows our established routines and values

• to draw up an introduction plan for new employees and monitor their level of education

Your profile

Above all, you are a person who enjoys a fast pace and wants to develop in your role with us at Rusta. You like to create order and have a structured way of working. You are coaching, a good role model and enjoy educating both new and existing colleagues. You live in Sweden preferably within a 2-hour public transport from an airport with good connections.

We use a personality test as part of the selection process. The test measures characteristics that are important for the job and ensures that all applicants are assessed in the same way. The test takes about 15 minutes to complete and is a prerequisite for moving forward in the selection process.
