About the Role

We are therefore seeking a Technical Project Manager to join and support our digital project team at Matas Group.

In this role you will be responsible for leading and coordinating technical projects from start to finish, across various solutions and platforms. Your ability to manage multiple projects and tasks both in parallel and across different departments and external suppliers will be crucial to your success in this role.

Together with our development teams and business units, you will work closely to ensure the successful execution of projects. Technical expertise and experience with e-commerce platforms and services will be an advantage. You will be part of a skilled and passionate team focused on e-commerce, with the ambition of taking our online business to new heights.

The role is located in our KICKS HQ in Stockholm, but regular travel to Matas HQ in Copenhagen will be expected. Your team members in Digital Projects are located at the offices in Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects from A to Z
• Help colleagues with technical support and assist or advise on new initiatives
• Understand and translate commercial needs to help find the best technical solutions
• Collaborate with relevant parties to define solutions and ensure alignment across the organization
• Handover and coordinate with the development team, as well as assist in acceptance tests
• Contribute to standardizing and defining the framework for project processes and support to assist our business units and colleagues throughout the Matas Group
• Help ensure consistency across digital channels

Your Profile

• You are outgoing, approachable, and provide strong technical support to your colleagues
• You can comprehend and communicate complex solutions effectively
• You work independently and manage projects with support and guidance from your department and manager
• You are comfortable working closely with the development team and take ownership of your projects
• You approach challenges with a solution-oriented mind-set
• You have a keen eye for user experience, UX, and interaction design
• Your language skills: Swedish and English is a requirement, Danish proficiency is just a plus

Your Background

• You have a relevant IT-education with a technical background
• You have experience as an E-Commerce Manager, Project Manager, or Project Coordinator, ideally combined with programming experience or technical skills
• You have some experience with enterprise commerce and the complexities which follows
