You can challenge us by asking questions and we have the possibility to learn from you and not only the other way around. All positions are located on site at our headquarter in Gothenburg, Sweden. We offer internships within the areas:

• Software
• UX-design
• Electrification
• Data Science
• Sustainability

The programme offers common onboarding days, developed business understanding, personal-development opportunities, mentorship, and joint activities with other interns in the programme. For the internship programme spring 2023 we are offering up to 50 internship spots. As an intern you will have a full-time, fully paid temporary employment that starts at the end of January 2023. The programme is open to applicants from all over the world and we welcome diversity in all aspects. For international applicants – Volvo Cars will support in the relocation process. The extent of the process may vary depending on nationality, current location and other individual circumstances. We are looking for candidates from across the world! To be eligible to apply you must currently be enrolled at a university and have an ongoing Bachelor (3rd and 4th year) or Master's education. An internship must be part of your education and you must provide proof of enrollment in a course of studies. Your studies must be within the areas of Computer Engineering, Automation, Software, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Mathematics, Industrial, UX Design or similar. As an intern you are results-oriented and committed to go the extra mile. We believe you embrace teamwork, are a great networker and communicator. You have a positive attitude, and are interested in developing yourself, others, as well as our #x202F; Furthermore, you need to be fluent in English, spoken and written, and for international candidates, you must hold a passport that is valid until at least 6 months after start of programme and be open to an experience in a new country. For some positions, a driver’s license will be a requirement, and if you are interested in the UX area, please submit your portfolio upon application. Recruitment process
The recruitment process will consist of psychometric tests and, for those whom we proceed with, interviews via Microsoft Teams. Upon application you will be given the opportunity to state within what areas you are interested in doing your internship.
