This is what you will do

In the role of Senior Total Reward Specialist, you will play an essential part in the development and implementation of new and existing Reward / Compensation & Benefit strategies, principles, and practices. This includes both beeing process owner of our job evaluation platform, our market benchmark methodology, and providing expertise, training, support to managers and HR colleagues within the Lantmännen Group. 

Moreover, as Senior Total Reward Specialist, you will have the responsibility to drive the global executive salary review, analyze and make total remuneration proposals for specific roles as well as developing and manage Lantmännen's car policy towards a more environmentally friendly fleet. You will also make an essential contribution in our STI (Short Term Incentive)- and LTI (Long Term Incentive) process. 

Except for the continuous day-to-day tasks, you will also have the opportunity to participate and lead different projects within the Compensation & Benefits area. One project where you will be a crucial player is the implementation of Lantmännen's new HR Information System. The position is located at Lantmännens headquarter at Kungsholmen, Stockholm, and report to Head of Total Reward. 

This is what you need to succeed

 You have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Behavioral Sciences, Economy or Law
  • 5-7 years' experience of working tactically and operationally within the Reward / Compensation & Benefits areas. Preferably both as a consultant and as a C&B Specialist in an international company 
  • A willingness to develop within the whole area of Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, in both Swedish and English

  • Comfortable in working in a fast environment, have a high work capacity and ability to work with several tasks in parallel
  • Business-oriented and but also great at building relationships due to excellent people skills
  • An analytical person with strong innovation/problem-solving skills and the ability to distill large quantities of data into a meaningful format for decision making
  • A person with high integrity who can work with and maintain confidential information
