H&M Sweden is looking for a Digital and Social Media Manager, a new role that will be responsible for setting strategies and plans for our bought digital media activities. The role includes implementing strategies, executing campaigns and analyzing the results of different types of digitals activities.
The Swedish marketing department consist of 6 team members working with all external communication activities (brand building and tactical) on the Swedish market, building and strengthening the H&M brand.
The role of the Digital & Social Media Manager will include responsibilities such as:
Digital media strategy including social media (but excluding SEM/SEO): Set local strategies, plan, execute and follow up on strategies and activities/campaigns.
Own and implement paid digital media strategies within local marketing team and sales team.
Optimize digital media mix and budget; ensuring media efficiency, maximum effect and ROI.
Media agency management: Key contact and responsible for digital media agencies.
Work closely to Influencer Relation Specialist with commercial Influencer marketing activations.
Together with Marketing Manager, responsible for alignment of the Commercial plan with the E-commerce team.
Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and developments.
Online promotions, content production and activates across platforms.
As a successful Digital & Social Media Manager at the Marketing department we believe that you:
You have several years of experience in digital marketing, you've done this before! You probably have at least 3 years of experience working with digital media channels, both strategically and operationally.
Have relevant university degree within marketing, digital media or equivalent.
Are analytical and strategic but also enjoys being hands on and in the details.
Have a proven track record of successful campaigns (both brand building and performance driven) in a wide variety of digital channels.
Have a proven track record of handling several campaigns at the same time.
Can easily see the bigger picture, set right priorities for yourself and lead others to do so too.
Have an entrepreneurial spirit, a strategic mindset and are always focused on potential improvements and results.
Are a digital talent and keep up to date with digital and social media trends (focusing on paid channels).
Have experience from working with digital media and consulting other functions and departments with relevant data and information around digital media channels.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills, in both Swedish and English.
Are proactive/take own initiatives and can work independently as well as within a team.

This is a full-time position placed at the H&M Sweden support office in Stockholm. You will become part of the Swedish Marketing department and report to the Marketing Manager.
