Nordea Corporate &
Investment Banking is a leading financial advisor in the Nordic region. We
offer advice to our clients in relation to public and private mergers &
acquisitions (M&A), as well as initial public offerings and other
equity-related transactions (ECM). Our solid deal experience and track-record
coupled with the unmatched financial strength of the bank, allows us to offer our
clients a unique full-service proposition encompassing both advise and
financing. Our pan-Nordic setup currently consists of approximately 100
employees across our offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Oslo.
About this opportunity
As the Analyst, you will get
the opportunity to work with our engaged colleagues and experience different
types of corporate finance related tasks. The successful candidate will from
day one become an integral part of the team and get the opportunity to work with
some of the largest, and most exciting deals in the Nordic region.
What you’ll be doing:
- Common work
tasks include industry analysis, company valuation, production of pitch
books and various types of marketing materials
- Interact with other Nordea teams, as well as external stakeholders
- We emphasise a steep learning curve for our junior colleagues and prioritise continuous feedback to support the development of your professional skills

Stockholm.

Your experience and
background:
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Applicants should have a degree in finance and/or accounting
- Previous experience in corporate finance/M&A, Management Consulting, Private Equity or similar positions is qualifying
