Du kommer att ingå i ett FM team med 8 ambitiösa kollegor. Scopet innefattar 8 brands, 180 butiker, kontor och lager.

The Facility Manager is responsible to effectively and efficiently ensuring the delivery of
Facility Management (FM) Services that contributes to commercially attractive, well performing, and safe stores for customers and co-workers.
Lead, manage and drive the Facility Management activities of the stores according to H&M values, standards, local legislation, policies and procedures. Support and monitor works and services provided from external suppliers, to ensure the quality and compliance of the work performed in the stores. Budget and follow up on costs according to the set budgets of each store.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure FM operations according to the FM Strategy and Service Scope
Develop and maintain FM plans containing activities to meet requirements of the stores
Develop and follow up on the FM budget together with the Country Facility Manager based on agreed requirements and planned activities
Set goals on relevant KPIs in line with the country goals
Deliver operational service and projects
Secure the FM Service delivery to the Stores based on the agreed Requirements and the planned activities
Ensure contractual compliance for Service delivery from External Service Provider and Landlords
Act as a receiver for new stores and rebuilds in order to secure that operational service are delivered
Follow up and improve
Monitor and follow up cost performance, quality performance based on predefined quality measures & KPIs
Ensure Store Scorecard planning, execution, and follow up
Drive improvements and innovation projects
The position report to the Country Facility Manager. You will work in a matrix set-up working closely with an Area Sales Team, Store Managers and in interaction with other Support Office Functions.
