Backend Developer

As a backend developer you will be working closely with the company’s front-end developers. You are passionate about development and design, and are constantly looking to improve the applications you are working on. You appreciate the value of process but can be flexible in a fast paced, start-up environment when the conditions call for it.  You find joy in being the hero, solving hard problems and bringing solutions to market when it seems there are none.

Most likely you have an academic background in areas of technology, computer engineering or similar, or perhaps you are self-taught having developed a respectable career over many years. Your goals are set high and you plan to eventually become the best in your field. You have a genuine interest for technology and love keeping up with the latest developments. A positive attitude, honesty, and humility are characteristics we value highly.

Qualifications

• Strong grasp of and experience with .Net programming and C# programming
• Experience with MVC patterns, web applications and automated testing
• Experience working in Agile fast-paced teams with SCRUM methodology
• Experience with Git
• Experience working with e-commerce, including payments and fulfillment
