We are now looking for a Compensation & Benefits specialist.
 

Role description:
 

You will assist in Year End Compensation review Process and provide Training Material to Managers. Your responsibility will be to provide professional compensation and benefits guidance and support with relevant analytics and insights to HR and the business organization. You will further conduct job evaluations and gender pay analysis, as well as provide benchmark information, run compensation reports and keep updated benefit information within the company. Your responsibilities include:
 

• Assist in Salary review Process and provide Training Material to Mgrs
• Assist in Annual Short Term incentive process
• Support recruiters and external vendors with Swedish Immigration international relocation.
• Work closely with our Talent Attraction team and provide guidance on offers for new hires.
• Run reports on analysis on compensation plans, connected to Success factors reporting.
• Support in Benefit documentation material and updates on intranet
   

You will report to our Head of Reward and Recognition.
 

Requirements:
 

We are looking for someone who is a team mate with high integrity and analytical skills. You have the possibilities of taking ownership for deliverables and can prioritize in a fast paced environment.
 

• You have a B.S in Human Resources, Law or Finance
• 1-2 years + experience working within the area of Compensation & Benefits
• You have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• You are an experienced MS Office user (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
• If you have experience working with job evaluation methodologies (ie: Towers Watson, Mercer, or similar) please highlight this in your resumé
