Requirement Analyst to our Service Area Controlling i Stockholm

We are now looking for a Requirement analyst to our Work Force Management-solution within service area Controlling at the IT-department. Current solution will be changed and we are looking for a person to be part of the project where we define requirements and define future solution and rollout for 55+ countries

The team consists of both employees, local consultants and offshore

consultants.

Your responsibilities

The job of a requirement analyst at H&M comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

• Collect and document requirements
• Organize and conduct workshops with project countries
• Run and participate in meetings with different stakeholders
• Capture new reports requirements and share with developers
• Help implement the solution in new countries
• Work with vendor on rollout and upcoming release requirements
• Working with Architects for Integrations with other systems
• Address requirement questions to test, support and operation team

• Experience within requirements work
• Excellent communication skills being able to adapt to different IT- and business stakeholders
• Experience from working with a standard solution
• Experience from working with distributed and/or offshore teams
• Strong Analytical skills and have attention to details
• Fluent in English; oral and written
• Be driven in your work and able to work independently
• Knowledge in basic ITIL processes (Incident-, Problem- and Change Management)

• Experience from integration with external payroll systems
• Experience from workforce management software (Employee, Scheduling and T&A areas) is a plus
• Experience in tools like ALM, Service Now, JIRA and Sharepoint is a plus
